SMM Need rates can be changed at any time. In the event of rate changes, the payment/refund policy remains in effect. SMM Need cannot guarantee delivery times for any services. We give our best estimate of when your order will arrive. SMM Need cannot refund orders in progress if they take too long. SMM Need strives to provide exactly what our re-sellers expect. If necessary, we may change the service type to fulfill an order.

SMM Need will only be used to promote your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social account and help boost your "Appearance" only. We do not guarantee that your new followers will interact well with you. However, we can guarantee you get the followers you paid for. Although we cannot guarantee that all accounts will have a profile photo, bio, and uploaded photos, we do our best to make it a reality. You will not upload anything into the SMM Need site including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social Media community. Private accounts will not be eligible for a refund. Before placing an order, please ensure that your account is visible to the public.
Your payment will not be refunded. There is no way to rescind a deposit once it has been made. Your balance must be used for orders placed by SMM Need. Once you have made a payment, we will not pursue a dispute against you or file a chargeback against you for any reason. After a deposit has been made, we reserve all rights to cancel any future orders and ban you from our website. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we delivered to your or your clients Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media account. If the order is not delivered, it will be refunded to your SMM Need account. Orders placed on private accounts or misplaced will not be eligible for a refund. Before placing an order, confirm it.
Your account can be terminated if you engage in fraud such as the use of stolen or unauthorized credit cards. There are no exceptions.
You should not use multiple servers at once for the same page. In this case, we cannot provide the correct number of followers/likes. These orders are not eligible for a refund.
